Wilfred of Arkos is a guard who stationed in the same village and the close friend of the garrison's Sergeant. He was assaulted by an cultist that followed Robert and was stuck in Stormheim Shore, needing backup.

Arkos garrison's Sergeant asks Alcedor to find his friend and surbodinate Wilfred whose locations is unknown and suggests the duke to bring a healing potion. Later Alcedor found Wilfred injured in Stormheim Shore where Wilfred himself was happy he was found and healed by the potion. After recovering from injury Wilfred was sent to his new duty in Tohan Passage but not before express strong gratitute towards Alcedor for saving his life. Later it was revealed that Phillipe, an Arkos citizen, was a member of Robert's cult and was the one who critically injured Wilfred intending on return to finish him off, but Wilfred had anticipated this and killed him instead.
