During the purse of the beast, you shall pass through this area.

There is hidden shack that is blocked by breakable bricks that require Precision Strike to pass through. Inside there you will find Under The Stairs quest giver.
Further you will find bridge and ruins of watermill that can be repaired if you choose to save a man during The Bridge quest or let cult prosper then wizard will open magic shop on bridge. There is also ransacked barn by undead which you can enter during Reclaim The Farm after which barn will be repaired.
In middle of area there is Valeshire Keep entrance and Save Shrine, the structure could served as outpost before it was taken by demons.
Far right you will find fleeing demon that assaulted Darsov, it tried to find shelter at Urzon Citadel but it seem to be locked up by five seals.
Right before Urzon Citadel there is path way down towards Combbelton Cemetery.
