Underworld Dreams is a side quest in Infernax. Michael has a quite peculiar case of demon-induced insomnia and you will need to cure his ailment the only way you know how: getting into his dreams (with the help of an Elixir) and beating up all the demons inside.
Walkthrough[]
You will need Skycall in order to access Kastski, the village where Michael resides. His house is the farthest one to the bottom right; it is closed during the night, so make sure to set it to day if you want to start or complete it.
Get an elixir[]
Currently there is only one place in the entire game which sells an elixir, and that would be Mary's potion shop in the entrance to Kadjanto Peak. You only need to obtain Skycall to reach it; it is to the far right of the room that connects the area to Valeshire, on a ledge reachable by dropping down from above.
The Elixir costs 50 
. It can replenish your mana and health at the same time, so you might want to buy more than one to bring with you as you journey through Infernax along with finishing the quest. If you don't have the money with you already, killing several enemies around the area should suffice.
Cleanse the dream[]
Once you get back to Michael, he will prompt you to use the Elixir and enter a state of trance where you can teleport into his dreamscape. Note that selecting Yes will consume an Elixir.
The dream itself is shaped much like a dungeon, with pathways consisting of purple tendrils and growths and a sea of lava at the bottom. You will need to go through a set of rooms with somewhat simple platforming before reaching the boss room. The only enemy you will encounter here is the Nightmare; make sure you can kill them in one hit.
The boss of this minidungeon is Crocell. Strategies for the boss are in its respective page. It will remain stationary throughout the fight, and as long as you can kill its minions easily you should not have much trouble. Upon defeating it, you will be teleported back into the real world; make sure to talk to Michael to receive your reward.

- If you playing as The Stranger then you don't need Elixir and will instantly enter into the dream world.
