Under The Stairs is a side quest in Infernax. It is notable for being the only quest to reward the player with a Skill instead of dungeon chest, whereas most quests reward you with gold instead. It is needless to say that you should get it as soon as possible, as although not mandatory, it can facilitate combat in some areas.
Walkthrough[]
Danielle, the quest giver, will be present inside the house blocked by cracked blocks in Valeshire. Before you can receive and complete this quest, you'll need to obtain the Precision Strike skill from Combbelton Necropolis. Make sure to do that beforehand.
Clear the basement[]
Danielle will open the door for you once you accept the quest, prompting you to go down and face the monster of the basement, Mammon. For strategies on how to beat it, check its page.
Return to Danielle[]
After defeating the boss, return and talk to Danielle to receive your reward. She will teach Alcedor the family secret technique, The Guided Strike.
