Tormentor is enemy than appears in few quests and events such as: Siege on Darsov and Destroy The Cult. Demon enemy can be found in Hell Dungeon inside of Urzon Citadel during the Ultimate Good Ending route.

Enemy can launch large crescent moon-like projectile which about same height as the demon itself, beware if you can't jump over them then you can't jump over the projectile, it can't be deflected either.
