Tohan Hideout is a Cultist quest and required to progress through the evil route. It requires to gain access to other quests such as: Silencing Of Hans and First Summoning. You need to have enough evil moral to access the quest.
Walkthrough[]
Alcedor will meet Phillipe at Arkos Inn or just wander at Arkos next to Simon Johns's hut if the ground level is flooded. He will tell Alcedor is worthy to enter hideout at Tohan Passage, password to the hideout is "Book Of Truth".
Enter The Hideout In Tohan Passage[]
You must travel to upwards, above Arkos. There will be large metal door that you must interact with. Alcedor will tell the password and procced inside. After that the quest will be completed.
