Third Summoning is a side quest and required to progress through the evil route. It requires to gain access to Robert's hideout.

Cultist High Priest plan to use Julius in their next ritual and ask Alcedor to help them.
Bring Julius Of Darsov To The Hideout[]
Julius is at Darsov cathedral, once inside he should be in main room with Father Henry. Use Teleport Spell next to him. You both will be teleported to the Kadjanto Peak Hideout. Cultist High Priest will sacrifice Julius and summon Aberration. After the ritual the cultists will reveal Robert's hideout to you. You can go and meet him at Hidden Crypt in Combbelton Cemetery.
