The Teleport spell is very useful for fast travel. Horace, who resides in Arkos Underpass, will sell the spell for 200 
. You need Skycall to reach his house, and
the spell is required for First Summoning, Second Summoning and Third Summoning quests.

After using the spell, the world map will appear and let players select a Save Shrine to teleport to. Players can only teleport to visited save shrines (candles on save shrine must be lit). The player cannot use the spell during boss fights or inside buildings (an exception being during quests).
