Scorpion is a siege weapon that is operated by Alcedor and the Guards.

If Alcedor fighting against the cultists, during the siege if Darsov is reinforced Alcedor can operate the siege weapon and loose the javelin at enemies.
If you are attacking Darsov with cultists then inside garrison, you will face against it. You have to jump over the javelin projectile until reaching the guards who operating it.
