Possessed Husband is a side quest. That's known to be accessible early on, but can only be completed near the end of the game. Requires Skycall ability and Familiar Spell.

Genevieve of Darsov will ask you to help her husband who had been visiting the Kadjanto Peak.
Deal with the Possessed Man in Darsov[]
You will find her husband underground, under the platform next to the house. You will need a spell from Kadjanto Stronghold and cast it at the possessed man.
Possessed Man location under the Darsov
After finding either the Holy Light Spell or the Hellfire Spell, you will need to cast the projectile at the Possessed Man. Holy Light Spell will cure man and earn positive moral score. Hellfire Spell will complete his demon transformation for negative moral score. Either choice will reward you with a Potion Flask.
