Phillipe is an undercover cultist and a citizen of Arkos. His approach with Alcedor will change depends on the path Alcedor chose.

When interect with Phillipe he will states the bar reeks of smell. If Alcedor follows the evil path, he will give the duke password to the hideout as "Book of Truth" and tell Alcedor that he's glad to chose. If Alcedor follows the good path, Phillipe will be killed by Wilfred, who revealed that the cultist was the one responsible for his injury and return to try to finish the job but get killed instead.
