Lillian lives in Arkos with her husband who was possessed by Paimon.

Upon Alcedor's arrival at Upel, he will be met with a possessed peasant, who will present the duke a choice to either kill or help him. Lillian will appears after Alcedor's decision regardless of any outcomes. If Alcedor chooses to help, Lillian will ask Alcedor to help putting her husband to rest, by destroying Paimon in his true form once and for all. Otherwise, she will angrily berate the duke for denying help to her husband despite her husband's pleas to kill him and kick Alcedor out of the house. After killing Paimon again, Lillian will express gratitude and rewards Alcedor with 300 gold.
