Hell Fetus is enemy that can only be found in Kadjanto Stronghold and Hidden Crypt. The creature looks like child with body fully covered in blood, probably because lack of skin on them.

The enemy initially hides as part of interior but with close examining you can tell the difference. They are very fast but easily can be killed.
