Hell Cherub is a hell version of Apollyon boss. They are visually a bit different but still remain same shape.

During the fight you will be fight with two of them at same time. Boss bar combines both bosses health together. The boss has same attack patterns as Apollyon and will reveal his two weakspots during any attack phases. It can summon Red Eyes. Its weakspots are exposed fleshy head and belly.
