The Drain Life spell is a one of rewards after the Expel The Vagabonds quest if you keep the Vagabonds, the Wizard will replace James and sell the spell instead for 250 
. His shop is located in Combbelton Cemetery.

After using the spell, players will heal themselves a large portion of health and draining enemies' health. Best way to use this spell, is to use it when surrounded by many enemies.
If players choose to expel vagabonds during the Expel The Vagabonds then they will have chance to buy Heal Spell from James for same price.
