Destroy The Cult is a side quest given at the garrison by Tancred and required to progress through the good route. This quest will allow you to progress through The Necronomicon quest. If you can't access the quest then your moral level is too low.

Walkthrough

After the assault on Darsov, Tancred will propose to assault the cultist's hideout with Alcedor. The attack will follow in a order: Tohan Passage above Arkos, Mount Kastka and finally in Kadjanto Peak.

Purge The Hideout in Tohan Passage

You must travel to cult's hideout door that did found during the Spy On The Cult quest in Tohan Passage. Best way is to teleports to the Arkos save shrine.

There Tancred and guards will be awaiting for you. When talking to Tancred, he will ask if you are ready. After choosing yes they will breaching the door. Inside there you must eliminate all cultists and demons. The hideout contains: cursed demon, 3 cultists and high priest cultist. During assault you will be assisted by guards and Tancred himself.

Purge The Hideout in Mount Kastka

You must travel to cult's hideout door in Mount Kastka. Best way is to teleports to the Kastka Palace or Kastski save shrine.

Once again Tancred and guards will assault when ready. Inside you will have to fight: Tormentor, 2 cultists and cultist mage.

Purge The Hideout in Kadjanto Peak

You must travel to cult's hideout door in Kadjanto Peak. Best way is to teleports to the Kadjanto Stronghold save shrine and go way back. You may find Hans hiding right under the hideout's door.

Right there Tancred and guards will be ready to breach the doors. Inside you will have to fight: Aberration, one cultist (weak) and cultist high priest. After defeading everyone the last cultist will tell the Robert's hideouts location in Combbelton Cemetery.

Robert Hideout

After the quest you still require to visit Robert's hideout and find the Necronomicon. You must travel to the Combbelton Cemetery and use all four Skills to reach there. It is including skill reward from Under The Stairs quest.

Once inside the hideout, you must fight off hordes of Skeletons but it should be quite simple at this point of the game. After that Tancred comes with guards and shoots crossbows at Robert. You must then pick up the book from the stand. Congratulation you acquired the Necronomicon. Remember there is broken wall at far right of the wall that leads to the Hidden Crypt, which has last weapon upgrade.
