At far east of cemetery there is house that is resided by James. During your first visit he will be surrounded by camp of vagabonds. You can talk to James to accept Expel The Vagabonds quest. There is also cultist that can give you The Message quest.
At west will be entrance to cave that would lead to spikey platforms and entrance to the Combbelton Necropolis
There is hidden chest in the area with platforms and spikes on the ground at bottom area.
