The Biomechanical Horror is an enemy featured in The Future area alongside the other enemies: Corrupted and Fanatic. It is a variation of the Aberration.
Gameplay[]
They shoot projectiles that will spread in 3 directions while crouching. However, despite their hefty body, they don't have that much health. Simply shooting at them will often be enough to kill them before they can even fire.
