The Arkos Underpass is an area in Infernax.

After leaving Valeshire, right to the east will be Arkos but the entrance is blocked off by breakable blocks, which will require getting the Precision Strike skill from the Combbelton Necropolis across the Combbelton Cemetery to the left.
Easter Egg[]
There is a reference to the tornado in Castlevania II: Simon's Quest. If you go to the section that's across of a section of the Combblton Cemetery and kneel down for a few seconds at a specific area of that section, a tornado will appear and take you away. But the tornado would end up killing you, as the game explains that if the player knew kneeling down at the spot would summon that tornado, they wouldn't have done it.
Even though the tornado kills you, it doesn't cost you a life. Doing this will unlock the Master of the Wind achievement.
